About the Fellowship

The Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) programme at IPR (Institute for Plasma Research) is designed to attract bright young researchers to work on frontier problems in plasma physics and fusion energy. Fellows work directly with IPR scientists on live research projects and gain exposure to national and international collaborations.

The programme is funded through various schemes including DAE, DST, and project-specific grants. Fellows are expected to publish research papers and contribute to collaborative projects during their tenure.
